The chefs at Sono Asian Cuisine take as much care preparing their ingredients as they do in presenting them. Using fresh seafood, veggies, and sauces, they create dishes such as sea bass with yuzu, which they slice paper thin atop a banana leaf and sprinkle with bright-orange roe. Sushi, sashimi, and maki make up most of the menu, and specialty rolls like the Red Sox maki fuse unexpected ingredients such as tempura jumbo scallops, cilantro, and crispy shredded potatoes. But there are tasty pan-Asian selections as well, from pad thai and kimchi udon to lo mein and steak teriyaki.
