What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
A dynamic Vinyasa Flow class where students move through creative sequences that help establish alignment in key yoga poses. In a flow class the student will move from one pose to the next on the breath and poses will be linked together using the breath and movement.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Feeling good in your body has an amazing effect on your mind. Helps you focus and concentrate on your goals. Come sweat, play and flow with us! All levels welcome. We initiate the motivation of each students by taking them where they want to be.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
MY passion to yoga and the benefits that I received from it makes me wanna share it with all .

What do you love most about your job?
I love to spread good energy and help my students feel & notice the change in their body and their energy level.
