Like mountains, human faces that are weathered and lined command respect, but may tempt intrepid explorers to scale them. Keep belay lines off your face with today's Groupon: for $39, you get a light-wave therapy face treatment at Sorgente Medical Spa in Hyannis (an $85 value).
Dr. Lucia McNabb expertly enhances faces, smoothes skin, and beautifies bodies with an arsenal of aesthetic technology at Sorgente. The light-wave therapy face treatment helps tone visages with a photon cocktail of red and infrared light, designed to gently stimulate the production of flesh-firming collagen and open up capillary floodgates to increase blood supply. The procedure works to improve skin tone, helping to even out irregular pigmentation and alleviate troublesome acne. The treatment tends to fill patients with a warm feeling of relaxation akin to floating in a tank of liquefied comfort blankets. For best results, Sorgente recommends one treatment per week over the course of eight weeks.

Dr. McNabb went on to complete a fellowship in cosmeto-gynecology and now performs everything from vaginal rejuvenation to labiaplasty at Sorgente Center for Aesthetic Vaginal Surgery. Surgical techniques are not her only specialty, though. She also performs med spa treatments such as Botox, Pellevé, Dysport, Juvederm, and laser skin tightening.
