About Soul Camp
Even the adultiest of adults once in a while daydream about being a kid again, fantasizing about temporarily traveling back to a time when text message alerts didn’t constantly ding, performance reviews weren’t a thing, and summer vacations were all about fun with friends. Fortunately, there’s good news for us grownups in the form of Soul Camp, day camps and sleepaway camps designed specially for adults in their 20's through 60's. Spend your days bouncing from yoga classes to boating in the lake, from meditation classes to tibetan bowl healing, followed by a climb up a rock wall and back down the zip line, with nights filled with dance parties, color wars, talent shows, campfire s'mores. No phones, no work, and no obligations aside from simply being present and having the type of fun you may have forgotten in recent years.
There are key differences from the summer camps you may remember from childhood, though. For instance, in lieu of popsicle-stick crafts there’s indigo dying, kundalini yoga, past life regression, dozens of cardio classes, and even energy work sessions. There’s also live entertainment featuring inspirational speakers and wellness experts, as well as plenty of healthy meals and snacks, replete with vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options.
