SoulFit Training founder Amanda couldn't find contentment with a single fitness regimen. She tackled marathons, boot camps, and mountain biking before turning to CrossFit, and earned her Level 1 CrossFit training certification. Though the high-intensity routines inspired her to keep building strength, she still sought balance—and that's where yoga came into the picture.

At SoulFit Training, Amanda combines cross-training style weight-resistance and cardio circuits with calming poses. Recurrent breath work and meditation boost mental clarity, and the fast-paced workouts in between sculpt lean muscles. Though the 50-minute classes begin and end with relaxation, their techniques vary each day, staving off boredom in students and nausea in overly swung kettlebells. Amanda also leads private sessions, Gentle Yoga classes, and Gentle SoulFit Training classes, which adjust their maneuvers to accommodate recovering and senior guests.
