What You'll Get
Yoga challenges the mind and body without the violence and hurt feelings of full-contact chess. Steer clear of overaggressive pawns with today's Groupon: for $25, you get five yoga classes at Soul Fitness Mind Body Studios in St. Albert (up to a $75 value).
Soul Fitness Mind Body Studios comprises two yoga spaces—one custom designed for hot yoga—where experienced instructors lead all levels of practitioners through one of the largest varieties of classes offered in the north Edmonton-St. Albert region. Gentle Hatha sessions emphasize the connection between breath and alignment while exploring basic poses that impart flexibility needed to fit in a loved one's carry-on. Hot classes include Hot Urban Flow, which sets movements to music, and Hot Power Flow, which challenges body-benders with balance-demanding standing and seated poses, backbends, and inversions. More specialized classes include sessions designed for children, couples, pre- and post-natal practitioners, and professional Twister players.
Open seven days a week, the studio slates a class schedule of morning through evening offerings. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat, though a limited number of complimentary mats are on hand and towel service is available for $2.

About Soul Fitness Mind Body Studios
Lisa Babiuk spent 20 years getting clients into shape before discovering yoga held the complete package for her. In addition to healthily strengthening the body and increasing flexibility, she uses yoga because it’s fun. When speaking of exercise, she says, “We need it for our soul, too. If it isn’t fun, you won’t go back.”
She and her staff impart their light-hearted yet dedicated approach to yoga in classes seven days a week. They teach in dual studios under one roof, with one studio specifically engineered to host hot yoga classes.
