What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? I use holistic guidelines to create individualized programs for fitness and wellness. I have extensive education in biological science and acupuncture. My scope of practice includes bodywork and acupressure. My specialty is in avoiding and correcting injuries. Strong mind, strong body, strong soul.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? My clients achieve their goals and see results. The results my clients experience, combined with my optimism and determination, keep them motivated.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I am good at what I do, and I enjoy it!
What do you love most about your job? I love changing people's lives by helping them achieve their goals. I feel satisfied when I can improve people's quality of life! The health-and-wellness field is where my heart is, and it shows through my work, and it inspires my clients.
