November 19th, 2025. The experience began the moment Miguel and his crew arrived early to prepare the shop for the day. These guys greet each other with genuine energy, like a team that just won a big game. This wasn't my first time observing it. A couple of months ago, I helped a friend drop off his truck and noticed the same thing. I thought it might have been a good day, but no. This is how they operate. This is not something you fake, either. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that my car was their top priority. Every customer received personal attention, and it never felt rushed or scripted. As someone who has managed teams for over twenty-five years, this level of genuine customer service is immediately noticeable. You can't teach that kind of pride. It stems from strong leadership and a team culture that takes itself seriously. The work was top-notch. The tint looks perfect, and they went the extra mile with thoughtful details, like taping over the window switches to remind me not to roll the windows down for two days. The service was good, I was able to pick up my car by the end of the day. The staff that helped me in the beginning was a bit rude and snappy at first and when I came to pick up my car, he seems like he was in a better mood. Maybe he was having a bad morning, who knows but giving the guy the benefit of a doubt. Great job on the tint and looks amazing, I did wish the tinted the little windows too. Satisfied with the job they did, and staff was overall helpful and friendly.
