The capsule increases the body's temperature using far-infrared heat and vitamin-infused mist. Though the session is peaceful and relaxing, you'll sweat out the same amount you'd sweat fleeing from a Godzilla for 10–15 kilometers and in the process will flush out the body's deepest, dankest toxins, which the spa then distills and bottles. On top of this, an hour of infrared therapy combined with the body wrap can burn up to 2,000 calories, or one standard metric Cinnabon bite.

The SkinBella facial can get the same results as a microdermabrasion minus the harsh, messy crystal particles. Using a customized blend of Oxygen Botanicals products and a high-tech bi-elastic blade, Sousan first clears away the face's dead skin, oil spills, and cosmetic residue with a high-speed oscillation that is gentle enough to treat sensitive, rosacea, and acne-riddled skin.
