South 40 Brewing Co is a 3 barrel nano brewery that opened October 2020 in Raritan Center in Edison, at 110 Newfield Avenue. Keeping with our original reason for opening, we strive to have something for everyone from pilsners and brown ales to fruited sours, stouts and New England IPAs.
