Choose from Three Options

  • $37 for a four-week Fitness and Fun boot camp (a $197 value)

  • $47 for a six-week Fitness and Fun boot camp (a $295.50 value)

  • $57 for an eight-week Fitness and Fun boot camp (a $394 value)

Each boot-camp session includes unlimited classes per week at any location plus a nutritional plan and monitoring. During each class, clients sweat through 60 minutes of circuit training that heightens cardio, resistance, and core strength. Classes meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5 a.m., 6 a.m., 9 a.m., and 6 p.m. and every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 p.m.

South Bay Boot Camp

At South Bay Boot Camp, owner Armando Gutierrez and his staff lead heart-pumping sweat sessions designed to burn fat and strengthen muscles. Exercisers meet up nearly every day of the week for an hour of cardio, strength, and core circuit training that can include anything from squat thrusts and pushups to sprints and thumb wrestling. Armando and crew also supplement workouts with nutritional plans to help clients keep weight-loss plans on track.

Fitness and Fun Bootcamp

At Fitness and Fun Bootcamp, owner Armando Gutierrez and his staff lead heart-pumping sweat sessions designed to burn fat and strengthen muscles. I actually attended the PCH location today, I had so much fun. I was a little scared because of my weight - and being so long since I exercise, but they were all so helpful and friendly. Everyone supports each other, they are all helping each other and even the customer service was great. Love it!!!
