The experience is excellent however the voucher is misleading. I thought we were getting a private tour for 2 but we were placed in with 4 other people so my partner had to sit in the middle seat (as the toddler with us refused to and the captain did nothing!) so had an exceptionally restricted view. The tour gives a good view of Miami but some commentary would make it much better. Is it also a LONG way from central Miami so beware of that.

The ride was amazing. It offers great views of downtown, the port and Coral Gables. It would have been nice to have a few extra minutes and also see Miami Beach. Booking is done via email and the booking department is not always the most responsive.
