Nope! Unbelievably rude, we had booked for a private tour and he added in a few random other people. Two people in our group were two minutes late and he continually harped on us about how if it was a cruise ship it would just leave without them. He had mentioned previously that bookings had been difficult to fill and we had numbers to book a full bus so I don't see why he would decide to add in more people then be rude to us when two people were very slightly late to leave. Terrible customer service.
