i'm interested in getting a teeth-whitening treatment. I have two questions: what happens if I get there and am uncomfortable with the staff or surroundings and don't stay for the treatment. I know that's an odd question, but it has happened to me before with a doctor someone recommended. I got there and I felt strongly that this person did not need to be practicing. i'm not saying this will happen in the case of the dentist, but what if. if things don't seem right and I leave, can I get a refund from groupon? my next question is about results. I have read a number of reviews on teeth whitening, mostly positive. the majority of the negative ones had to do with the extreme pain/sensitivity patients experienced for a couple days. they speak of how excruciating it was and won't recommend it. additionally, many (but not all) say they were very upset that they had to deal with the pain for unsatisfactory whitening results. I want this service, and I don't care if it only whitens a little. I care about the potential pain afterward. if that happens, which of course would leave me highly unsatisfied, can I get a refund or at least a half-refund? if there's no pain, that's not a problem. if i'm suffering like some other people have, I certainly shouldn't have to pay for the pain. you know what I mean? can someone please address these and get back to me right away? i'm very eager to give this a whirl. thanks so much.
