Q:

I was wondering how warm you keep the pool? And how many kids are typically in each class? What skills do you need to do the beginner class? Thank you

christy g.  asked on  Apr 18, 2013

A:

HI Christy, The pool at 49er's is kept between 82 and 84 degrees. The pool at Green Hills does not have a heater so...whatever the sun can provide. 2nd session is usually a bit warmer. Our classes sizes are between 8 & 10 swimmers. No skills are required for beginners. Swimmers will work toward swimming the length of the pool, back float with a kick, and breathing to the side. I look forward to seeing you this summer. Patty

Q:

Hello. I have an almost 3 yr old and a 14 month old and no babysitter. If I purchased for 3 yr old, will I have to get in the pool with her? Or will she be in the pool with an instructor? I would love to enroll my daughter in swim lessons, but don't have anyone to watch my little one. Thank you! Katie

Katie M.  asked on  Apr 17, 2013

A:

She may enroll in the beginner class.

Q:

Would I be able to use this coupon for my 20 month old grandson?

Karen B.  asked on  Apr 16, 2013

A:

Yes! Our parent tot or grand parent tot class would be perfect. Be sure to put him in a swim shirt and a hat to protect that sensitive skin. Hope to see you at the pool. Coach Patty
