At the start of the program, the trainer snaps a photo and takes down starting weights and measurements. They’ll also oversee some fitness tests to help split exercisers into three groups: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. These groups sweat for 60 minutes each class as trainers lead them in high-intensity interval training. The before-and-after snapshot works as a document of proof that shows just how hard exerciser has worked in that timeframe to lose pounds and tone muscle. Each week, certified trainer Rashad McDade leads intense workouts that focus on high-intensity interval training. He splits students into different groups based on skill level, which ensures beginners, experts, and robocops all remain appropriately challenged. These group workouts form the core for South West Atlanta Training Fitness, but Mr. McDade also works with clients during personal training and sports conditioning sessions.
