They blend American boxing and kickboxing disciplines with the elbow and knee strikes of muay thai, as well as san da or sanshou kickboxing—a style utilized by the Chinese military that incorporates wrestling and judo. During sessions, students deploy hooks, jabs, and kicks against targets, challenging muscles throughout the entire body.
