Tech showed up 15 mins early, looked over the property and made several suggestions in applying Mosquito spray around my yard and perimeter. He went around several places 2x to ensure a good delivery to the shrubs. He was here approx 25 mins, waved when he was finished and left. He did mention that I needed to stay out of yard for at least 2 hours in which I complied. happy with the service, glad to see the Mosquitos gone for awhile so I can do yard work in peace.

Wonderful experience with the service provider. She walked the perimeter of my home, removed spiderwebs and looked for ant tracks, I was having an ant infestation in my kitchen. She knew from our conversation I did not want any sprays In my home, she made ant bates and placed them around my kitchen and voila, the ants came out and had a feast and they are GONE! and I had lots of ants. I had a mouse problem last winter and I am counting no Southern Pest Control of Maryland to help me so I don't have to go through that again this Winter! Delighted with he experience I had with the company, the first time I have used a Home Pest Treatment service!!!
