Q:

Will you honor and allow purchase of the groupon for the price listed (2,999) and all it includes after the deal expires. I am extremely interested in this deal but would need to go through care credit to afford it. Thanks

This Groupon will be removed from our website at midnight tonight where it will no longer be available for purchase. After the expiration date of the Groupon i.e. if you purchased it today and didn't use it for 1 year, it will be valid for $2999 towards Invisalign services at Southside Dental Pavilion. I hope this helps. Thank you for your interest in this offer. Sam@Groupon

Q:

How often are your appointments? the reason I ask is I live in Washington, DC, but I am from Pittsburgh. Could the appointments alwasys be on a Friday or Monday? Also, if my insurance is willing to pay $1500, how would that be remibursed? Thanks, Pam

A:

Dr. Dicarlo is in the office Monday - Friday. While he does keep a busy schedule, this is something that he should be able to accommodate depending on the length of treatment. It's recommended that you call to schedule your consult and future visits from there. Insurance reimbursements typically don't apply to Groupons. It's recommended that you check with your Dental Insurance Provider to see if you'd be eligible for reimbursement.

Q:

I had braces when I was younger and wasn't very good about wearing my retainers to the point where my bottom row is a little out of alignment again. Is it possible to just get the invisalign on my lowers and if so what is the cost of it?? Thanks Dustin

Dustin G.  asked on  May 24, 2012

A:

This offer is a complete Invisalign treatment--it does not separate to uppers and lowers. It's recommended that you schedule a consultation. Non-candidates will be refunded.
