I purchased the $100 option 2 days ago, and when I enter the promo code on the checkout page, it says it is invalid. I've called Groupon, and they say the problem is on your end. Can you please assist me? This is very frustrating. Thanks.

How many hi-8 tapes can i mail in for the $35? I figure about 6 VHS movies for the $35. Does that sound right? And could I combine between the 2 of them? Say like 2 VHS and the rest Hi-8? If so how many hi8?? Cathy

Cathy C.  asked on  Dec 3, 2012

A:

Hey Cathy, for your $100 Groupon voucher you could get 7 tapes to our Standard DVD. That price is regardless of the tape length or format! Thanks!

Q:

Morning...my wife has about 10-15 VHS tapes of our son from YEARS ago...she would like to get them convered to DVD. If I assume there is 30-45 mins per tape...how many can get on a DVD (editable) and what would the cost be for conversion. Also, the deal talks about in store...where are you located?

Charlie B.  asked on  Dec 3, 2012

A:

Hi Charlie! Pricing is per tape, so you would just select the number of DataDVDs that you have tapes. Today's offer is for our mail-in service, so you would package and send your tapes to be converted. Our processing facility is located in Chattanooga, TN.
