Q:

Can the DVD's be played on my computer? (My DVD player is old and won't play homemade DVD's) Or will I have to buy data DVD's to play them on my computer?

Joan K.  asked on  Jan 14, 2013

A:

Hey Joan, the DVDs can be played on your computer just like a DVD player. Thanks!

Q:

I have 3 mini tapes from a mini camcorder. Can these be converted? Would I be able to pull clips from the converted DVDs to send to friends?

Lynette S.  asked on  Jan 14, 2013

A:

Hey Lynette, yes, we convert those! If you want a DVD that you can pull clips from to share, or edit, I would suggest our Data DVD. Thanks!

Hey Dan, we can convert around 19 tapes to Standard DVD for the $250 Groupon. Yep, you got it!

Q:

I have a drawer full of pictures. How many pictures will you put on a dvd for $35? and for $75 offer?

Terri H.  asked on  Jan 13, 2013

A:

Hi Terri! Pictures to digital are .50 per image, so the $35 will cover approx 170 photos, and the $75 will cover approx 425. Thanks!

Q:

I have 37 small 8mm rolls and one medium roll that I would like converted to DVD. A few years I converted another batch and was charged per foot for each roll I submitted. The result was good but the reels weren't full (and I had no way to view them to know that) so the cost was high for what I got in return. How do I estimate how much this will cost and how many Groupon Deals I would need to finish this project? Many thanks! PamV

Pam V.  asked on  Jan 11, 2013

A:

Hey Pam, you can view our film prices at southtree.com/film-to-dvd. We would be happy to convert your film for you!
