Q:

OK thanks for the answer. Once you transfer the old film to DVD, as-is quality-wise, is there a way for me to edit the dark parts out on my own?

Penny M.  asked on  Mar 4, 2013

A:

Yes, you would just want to order a DataDVD for $15.95 on top of the reel conversion price. Thanks!

Q:

I have several old 8mm reels ( 7" size I think) that I would like to put on a DVD. Some of the footage is very dark and there are other issues that make some if the film hard to see. Do you edit that kind of thing out when transferring to DVD? ALso- how do I figure the cost to transfer these old reels?

Penny M.  asked on  Mar 3, 2013

A:

Hey Penny! Our 7" reel conversions are $109.95 per reel. We transfer your entire reel, true to the original quality, although our conversion takes out the flickering from the film. Thanks!
