Q:

On your website you show that there are two levels of DVD products that you produce. If I understand it correctly the less expensive DVD will not play on a standard VHS player. Is my understanding correct? What is the real difference in the two types other than the cost?

Hey Dee! Both the Budget and Standard DVDs play on standard DVD players, and the quality is the same. The difference is that the Standard DVD comes with personalized disc titles, and the Budget does not. Thanks!

What shipper do you prefer that we use in sending tapes to you? What shipper do you use to return the finished product?

Hey Dee! We usually suggest shipping with FedEx or UPS because they have solid tracking systems. We ship your order back to you using FedEx Smartpost. Thanks!

Q:

I have vhs-c, I have recorded at the long recording time, does that matter? Also if I understand it right, you will do 11 vhs-c tapes for the $35 groupon and make dvd's out of them?

Hey Dee! For quality, we do not combine tapes. Each tape will be converted to its own DVD, so order does not matter. Thanks!

Do you do any editing or just transfer whatever is on the roll even if all the footage has not been exposed?

How does one know how many they need? I have 35 years of pictures I would like put into digital form? How many will they do for the different deals?
