I have two VHS tapes that I would like converted on to One DVD. The VHS Tapes are conversions from slides and photos. What would be the loss of clarity? Could you also give me the price on making Two Dvds. Thank-you, Karole

Karole L. B.  asked on  Apr 13, 2013

Hi Karole! To ensure the best quality and consistency with each conversion, each tape is converted to its own DVD. Extra copies are just $4.95. Conversions always preserve the entire quality of the video, with no loss. Thanks!

Hello, I have approximately 100 pictures or so, of my son over the years that are different sizes and was wondering if you could make them all the same size on a DVD so it plays like a slide show. Thanks, let me know. Nancy

Nancy  asked on  Apr 11, 2013

Hi Nancy! The DVD we provide contain JPEG images of the photos just like a new digital camera would. You can take this disc and use software like Google's free Picasa program to create your own slideshow. Thanks!

I have 6 8mm and 6 16mm family history films. Do you do 16mm? What is the total cost to put them on dvd? I would by the coupon but need to know ahead of time how much more it will cost me. It's for my brother.

Nancy M.  asked on  Apr 11, 2013

Hi Nancy, yes process both 8mm and 16mm film reels. We're one of the few places to use the same technology as the Academy of Motion Pictures so the film looks great. Film reels are charged by the reel, 3", 5" and 7". 3" reels start at $15.95 per reel. You can view pricing at Thanks!

Martha M.  asked on  Apr 9, 2013

will you process videos depicting "x-rated" materials? my wife and i made videos on hi-8 video on our honeymoon and 10th anniversary that we'd love to be able to view on dvd. total length about an hour, nothing beyond sex between two obvious adults, so no crazy stuff, but pretty hot. and i'd REALLY hate to see it on the internet, if you get my drift. like on a 'home-video amateur milf creampied' site!

michael j w.  asked on  Apr 9, 2013

Hey Michael! I'm sorry, we do not transfer any explicit material. Thank you!

Please clarify the number of VHS-C cassettes I can transfer to DVD. The Groupon ad says "With the $100 Groupon, customers could transfer 11 videotapes to DVDs", yet the only choices are $35 and $75 Groupons. I have a dozen or so to be converted. Thanks

I wanted to ask about shipping--on your website it says 9.95 flat rate--is that what I pay you to ship back? or can I get that rate to ship you teh vhs tapes? thanks patty

patty  from  Groupon  replied on  Apr 12, 2013

Hey Don! The $35 Groupon is good for $100, so that is what that refers to! You can view all of our pricing at Thanks!
