Spa 23 Fitness and Lifestyle
Spa 23 Fitness and Lifestyle welcomes guests with a lobby café and juice bar where they can fuel up and debate their workout options. Some will decide to step out into multi-leveled workout rooms to exercise with weight- and core-training machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and stationary bikes. Others will run around the winding indoor running track or compete on one of two racquetball courts. Aquatic exercise takes place in a 25-yard Olympic-style swimming pool, which is also the best place to practice one’s Marco Polo skills. Alternatively, visitors can retreat to multiple studios, where instructors lead classes in hot yoga and Pilates or step inside private rooms, where therapists ease tension with massages, mud packs, aromatherapy, and Pure Spa wraps.
