Q:

is it true that the 20% tip is mandatory on top of the full value of the services?

Zainab H.  asked on  May 2, 2013

A:

Thank you for your inquiry... There is an expectation that our social media clients tip on the full price service as we provide the same level of service at a 50% discount that we would, for the same service at full price. The majority of our clients tip somewhere between 15 - 20%.

Q:

This groupon says Appointments can only be booked in parties of two...what exactly does this mean? Do i have to have someone else book an appointmnet with me? Does it mean that i can go by myself but have to book the two treatments? Not clear....

Mary M.  asked on  Apr 29, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion. You can definitely book an appointment by yourself. The limitation in the Fine Print just means that they can't book more than two people at a time.

Q:

What does "Appointments can only be booked in parties of two" mean?

Stacy L.  asked on  Apr 29, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion! "Appointments can only be booked in parties of two" just means that you wouldn't be able to book an appointment for a larger group of people at the same time. The Groupon will just cover 1 person, and you're welcome to book an appointment by yourself, but customers can also book appointments for up to 2 people at the same time if each has their own Groupon. I hope this helps clarify.
