What You'll Get

With today’s Groupon to Spa Newbury, $85 gets you the Day Spa Bliss Package, a luxurious bundle of four classic spa services put together specifically for Groupon ($235–$300 value). Let Spa Newbury take you to another plane of muscle-melting existence with two-and-a-half relaxing hours of spa services.
Spa Newbury’s staff will greet you with smiles, spa water, magazines, and snacks like cookies, crackers, and fruit. Over the course of your treatment you’ll get a full body scrub with your choice of orange vanilla, cucumber, or pineapple for gentle exfoliation. After each body part gets the scrub, toner is applied to prepare your skin for massage. Spa Newbury’s talented massage therapists knead and rub tension away with their signature black currant berry and mint leaf body cream. The cream both fortifies and hydrates the skin providing additional therapeutic benefits to your massage and body services. You’ll get the scrub, and then the massage, on each body part, until the technicians arrive at your feet. That’s when they’ll give your dogs a small slice of heaven with a mini peppermint foot reflexology relaxation massage.
The final hour of your spa package consists of either a spa facial, classic pedicure, or full-body mud wrap. A customized spa facial pampers your face, neck, and shoulders with skin-care products chosen specifically for your skin type and needs. The classic pedicure gets you a great pedi without the traditional complimentary fungus infection! And if you’ve always wanted to play in the mud, the full-body mud wrap will bring out the child in you (and your skin).
In addition to your two-and-a-half hours of spa services, expect to spend about 30 minutes extra as padding between services to make sure you are comfortable, hydrated, and receiving your pampering at a relaxed pace. Be prepared to spend three hours there.

I had a foot soak in one of their new pedicure chairs that floats up and down and a chair massage. Both were out of this world. Can’t wait to be back! With friends! – kallieh
Guy-Friendly Spa Services
According to Weeklydig.com, Spa Newbury is “all about making dudes feel at home.” Men’s Zydeco Weekly, however, insists that they’ll never bestow a similar compliment on Spa Newbury, or any spa for that matter, until the following guy-friendly spa services are all available at the same location:
- Stylists address everyone, including women, as “dude”
- Nachos, nachos, nachos!
- Free ice cream served in little batting helmets
- Spa’s speakers play zydeco, men’s favorite music
