Called on Monday and made an appointment for Thursday, but never received a confirmation. Called later in the day, no one answered so I left a voice mail. Next day still had not heard from anyone. Called again and left another voicemail. Still no call back. Called again on Wednesday and mailbox was full could not leave a voicemail. Called hotel they could not help. Gave me a suggestion on how to try and get a hold of spa. Spa finally answered Wednesday night and said there was no appointment in my name, but would try to accommodate my wishes. There was an appointment around the time we wanted, so we moved our time to a little earlier. Requested and was told I would receive a confirmation email, but never did. Told to be at the spa the next day at around 4:30 and someone would come down and get us. Arrived at 4:25, and no one came down to get us until a little after 5:00. Massage was nice, but seemed a little rushed as it seemed they had to find someone last minute to give us a massage. A week later I get a text reminding me I have an appointment for a massage the next day. They seem very disorganized and very bad customer service.
