Hotel was mismanaged, everything from valet to the rust in the shampoo bottles to the missing snacks in the spa. Employees don’t seem to care. Nice hotel but it is severely mismanaged.

Great value for a 5 star experience. Everything is top notch from the entry to the hotel, how all employees you meet greet you, and the setting of the spa.

The couples massage itself was very good, but they playsome weird and loud music. The relation co-ed room is fine. There is no jacuzzi except for an outdoor one nearby and its a little outdated. There is a sauna and steam room available in the mens/womens areas. Not many co-ed options.
Gratuity of 17 percent is added to your bill in the fine print, I had no problem tipping the therapists.

Very clean staff is friendly and it’s a super relaxing environment. If you’re not staying at the hotel you have to check in at the concierge‘s first before going to the spa so make sure you have extra time.

I was looking for a high end spa experience and the Trump Hotel spa met my expectations. Everything was immaculate and beautiful. The staff members were very friendly, polite and caring. This was the best spa experience I have ever had and would highly recommend it to others.
