Beautiful space, easy check in. I didn't book ahead and was still able to get in within 10 minutes of arrival, even on a holiday. The facilities were clean, and all of the amenities were working. The food was delicious, but there were long waits. Exceeded my expectations for the price. With groupon, I was able to get entry for just $28.

The space is fantastic! So many different saunas and offerings. I think that communication and direction could be a bit better--as first-timers we found ourselves a bit lost and confused here and there. In particular, when going for our scheduled massage we found ourselves alone in the waiting area with other first-timers. None of us knew what was going on as no one was there to greet us or offer direction. But, overall, it was great, and I would definitely recommend. We'll be going back, for sure.

Spa world is a great budget friendly option for a day spa! During this visit it was busier than it has been in the past, but I was still able to relax and enjoy a nice spa day. The facility is very clean and made me feel comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I lost my wedding rings because I accidentally left them in my towel and put the towels in the bin. They allowed me to look for them in the laundry room. I found them, which was a huge relief and the employees were great and accommodating. The laundry room had a good system going and they keep the women’s and men’s towels separate which I thought was nice. I always love to enjoy one of their smoothies, which I was able to do this visit also. I also love that they now offer the option to wear a swimsuit in the base pool. I didn’t, but it’s nice to have the option. Spa world seriously never disappoints. There are two more updated spas in the area, but they are pricier. I love all three, but this one to me is perfect for first timers, someone on a budget or someone who just wants a small and simple space to go to. Spa world’s base pool is the best though since they are separated by gender.
