- All treatments are subject to medical evaluation and approval by a licensed medical provider.
- Services will only be performed if deemed medically appropriate and safe by the supervising licensed provider.
- Certain medical conditions, medications, skin types, pregnancy status, or other health factors may make a client ineligible for treatment or require modification/postponement of services.
- If the licensed medical provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate, the service cannot be performed.
Required Medical Clearance and Assessment
