The staff, location, amenities, education, and attentiveness couldn't have been any better. They were welcoming, professional, informative, the hair removal procedure was well explained and took very little time. Most importantly, the followup and their transparency was greatly appreciated and I'll continue coming back.

Receptionist told me once I got there that this Groupon is intended for brand new clients only - not what the Groupon says for clients who haven’t been in awhile. I was still able to use it but definitely felt bad about that.
