Spark Fitness Bootcamp
Founded in 2012 by certified personal trainers David Wesley and Lana Carter, Spark Fitness Bootcamp provides all the motivation required to achieve fitness goals through its schedule of boot camps. In each daily class, David and Lana lead groups through a warm-up and short run before tackling the workout of the day, which targets a different muscle group in each class to build strength across entire bodies.
