I think I’ve left one bad review in my entire life. I can’t even give this one star. Worst experience and service ever. I bought the 3 hour basic for an 1800 sq ft home. In 3 hours, one bathroom was done and my kitchen was poorly wiped down. Nothing else. They were terrible to work with when I addressed this. Save yourself time and money…you can do the same amount of work in half the time.

I tried to call and get an appointment and their mailbox was full, then text the number didn't get a response until the next day when they said had an appt the next day at 9:00 then I never heard back until the day of and then the time continually changed. Someone eventually did show up and did not stay the 2 hours I paid for and only half cleaned any of the projects she "cleaned" I had to go and redo it. The floors were super sticky too. The next day I get a text saying that I need to pay additional money for a travel fee and taxes..... Don't waste your time and money here
