Cynthia was on time and so very cheerful. They did everything I asked them to do. They accidentally broke a small elephant statue I had and immediately searched google in order to replace it. I liked them so much, I scheduled another cleaning with them for next month. Love that they don't use bleach and use eco friendly products

We honored the Groupon price, we also had you sign a 48 hour cancellation agreement, which is a binding contract: we also waived the fee for you on a courtesy. There was never a reschedule and as most companies charge a cancellation fee again we waived our fee for you. We are a business, not only am I the owner but I do all the work myself. This was not an issue as you did call me back to come a second time. Please ensure your review list all the details of why you were being charged a fee. You did not cancel within the guidelines of our terms and conditions that were signed.
