About Synergy Fitness Studio
Chris Spears was a life-long athlete until he became a desk jockey at a corporation. Five years and 40 pounds later, he decided to get back into shape. His own journey back into a healthy lifestyle inspired him to become an ISSA-certified personal trainer and the brawn behind Synergy Fitness Studio.
His unique approach doesn't require drastic cutbacks on your diet. Flavorful favorites, such as beer and pizza, are still on the menu—in moderation, of course. He also works with clients of all ages and abilities by tailoring exercises and nutrition plans to their needs. Through interval cross-training classes, he and his fellow trainers craft a different workout each day. They also focus on functional movements that imitate everyday activities from carrying groceries to fighting off a pack of wild dogs.
