Q:

Maybe this should be asked elsewhere, but perhaps other buyers will have the same question. I bought the three-oil-change/tire-rotation deal. Should I print out th e Groupon three times so the merchant gets a copy each time I visit them for the service? Will my Groupon remain in MyGroupons "forever," so I can print one when I'm ready to go, rather than print all three (providing the answer to the previous question is "Yes") now?

Selma J.  asked on  Oct 30, 2012

A:

Sorry for the confusion! If you purchased the multiple visit option, you'll only need to print and redeem the Groupon one time. The business will have your information on file and will be able to track your use. Enjoy!

Tyler S.  from  Self  replied on  Oct 30, 2012

A:

Yes, print out 3 copies. We will need 1 for each visit. Thank you!

Q:

WAIT ONE! I just went back and looked at the deal again and was reminded of the tire rotation. Does ANYONE require three tire rotations within four months? I guess this is really a great deal only for multiple-car households, notwithstanding that $13 is a pretty good deal for only an oil change!

Selma J.  asked on  Oct 30, 2012

A:

You technically should be rotating your tires EVERY oil change(3000 miles) to get the maximum life span put of your tires.

Q:

What all is included? Check fluid levels, fill where needed; vacuum interior; carwash; lube job, door hinges and locks; check tire pressure, etc.? I'm not being greedy, honest! I just want to know what to expect. What happens if one doesn't do enough driving to need three oil changes by February 17th? Buy just the one--or maybe two single changes? Oops, can't do the latter--can buy only one deal for myself! My husband has a car, but he's restricted from driving for the time being for health reasons, so insurance does not cover being on the road. It's possible he'll be able to drive before 2/27/13, but no guarantee! Your suggestion(s)? (Please, no directions to the nearest lake I can jump into--or, into which I can jump!)

Selma J.  asked on  Oct 30, 2012

A:

There is NOT an expiration date on these Groupons, so you can use them whenever youd like to. We include a full 120+ point vehicle inspection, including checking tire pressures. However, do not wash or clean your car :)

Q:

I own a SAAB 9/5. What kind of oil and filter do you use?

David A.  asked on  Oct 27, 2012

A:

Very sorry for the delay. Due to many variables, we suggest that you contact the merchant directly to discuss your individual options.
