What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Speed Cycling is run by professional cycling and triathlon coaches. We provide structured training that will prepare you for your events. Workouts are adjusted to your ability level so they challenge you the right amount. You ride your own bike on one of our computer controlled trainers.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The top motivator has got to be the other class members. They drive each other to do the workouts. Next up for motivation would have to be the expert advise and insight provided by our coaches. Finally we have our HD projection system, computerized trainers and well designed and well cooled studio.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
At Speed Cycling we enjoy seeing people succeed. Every day we help people reach new goals and better themselves. The excitement and joy from or members reaching their goals is what it is all about.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing hard work pay off. There is a real positive feeling all of the time at Speed Cycling. It is a pleasure to come in and work with so many great people.
