purchased the Groupon deal certificate for a synthetic oil change, the work was fine, no problems, but upon checking out at the cashier, they charged an additional $15 for "shop fees". If Groupon supports this kind of practice, I won't be using Groupon any further as I find this very deceptive marketing.
