nice buffet and food was good but it was not set up very well. Very hard to get to food and to walk thru from one station to another. No paper napkins. They use cloth napkins which I do not like and had to ask server for paper napkins but server was not sure if they would be able to locate some but the server was able to do so. Also I noticed that they reuse the placemats and just wipe them down with the same rag that they use to clean table and I just thought that was so unsanitary. I guess it is there way of going green or saving money but cannot believe that is allowed. Their line system to pay and wait for table confusing to some.

Had been there before and was disappointed, this visit was great. Glad to see they got their "mojo" back.

About Spice Market Buffet

A traditional spice market gathers a plethora of exotic flavors into one convenient location—something Spice Market Buffet at Planet Hollywood accomplishes with its lavish spread, which showcases food from Italy, Mexico, Asia, America, and the Middle East. At any one time, dishes may include seafood stuffed sole, tandoori skewers, ham and tri-tip from the carving station, and made-to-order omelets.

Instead of one buffet line that amounts to a culinary free-for-all, Spice Market Buffet divides up the food by region, offering separate stations for each type of cuisine and clearly separating the Chinese chopsticks from the Italian sporks. According to, Planet Hollywood’s buffet is “often considered one of the best in town,” and the reviewer claims that “even buffet skeptics can easily find something they like at the Spice Market.”
