Its Euphoric! Literally! I’m extremely excited to have found ‘Spice Wellness’. My hips have hurt for 20 years and now, NO PAIN. Simon and Wendy are wonderful. I highly recommend the foot bath, infrared and vibration exercises (an hour workout in 10 minutes). Love, love, love!
