FedEx did not deliver claiming that nobody was at home, which was not true. This is usual negative practice with them. You need to switch to a different shipping company.

I am a member of splash wine club and we like their wine offerings very much. I buy a case every six weeks and also shop other vendors. The shipping is steep through Groupon either 19.99 or 29.99 per order but it still ens up being a good deal compared to normal retail.
