Although honeybees instinctually communicate through dance, humans who attempt to do so without proper training risk insulting the queen or eating the wrong flowers. Hone buzz-worthy abilities with this Groupon.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $35 for eight tango lessons (an $80 value)

Four-week group courses begin during the first week of each month. Students also receive admission to four practice sessions, during which they can perfect moves, practice with new partners, and receive additional help from experienced dancers.

Spokane Tango

Inside an Argentinean milonga, tango dancers beneath colorful lights sweep together and apart like a field of swaying flowers. The same moves popular in the Tango salons of Buenos Aires come to life on the foot-cushioning sprung floor of Spokane Tango. In the studio’s chandelier-lit dancehall, which is called Club Corazon, lilting strides carry students beneath curtains the deep red of a pinot noir or a gaucho who just dropped his lunch tray. During BYOB milonga parties, there is no pressure to show perfect technique; pupils focus instead on enjoyment and self-expression.
