I would definitely recommend Spots to Clean. I got the two hour deep clean/move out service. My service began with a discussion that helped me to understand what the two workers could get done in the time allotted and allowed for us to define the specific spots we wanted to make sure there was enough time for. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely use this company again. The fact that they not only took the time to ensure we were on the same page about what could be done in the time frame and then went above and beyond to ensure those areas were thoroughly clean makes for a stellar service I would recommend for anyone.

They broke multiple items, did not clean windows or blinds or microwave or fridge or sink or appliances or shelves or shower glass or mirrors or lights or pictures or vents. Groupon won't refund the $ and no one is paying for replacement of precious crystal from my grandmother and I tipped them before I went to run errands and they sent a text admitting to breaking only 2 things and told me to use the tip to replace the items they broke.

Hey Brian,
I Apologize for items that were broken during your cleaning it was accidentally due to dusting areas cleaners had difficulties to reaching. Like underneath a Bed frame that pulls out from the wall and behind the television that had a Treadmill and other items blocking cleaners path even with a dusting stick. An incident report has been filed and you will get reimbursed as was mentioned before departure of your home. You purchased a moveout & Move-in service but once the cleaners arrived your apartment was totally furnished. Extreme amounts of dust throughout the unit. We apologize if you feel the cleaning wasn’t up to your expectations. It was a two hour service your cleaning checklist required 4 hours. You was informed to add more hours to finish your entire project and didn’t want to. If there was any miss understanding please contact us and we’ll be happy to take care of your concerns.
