Spring Rolls describes its cuisine as pan-Asian, but not even an entire continent can contain the breadth of flavors served within this sophisticated restaurant and bar. In crimson-and-black dining rooms bedecked with chrome and glass accents, guests dig into sweet potato fries smothered in kimchi, chargrilled kalbi and tiger shrimp, and vegetarian tofu in szechuan sauce. And then there's the famous pad thai, which comes tossed with a choice of sauce and topped with ground peanuts to add crunch and please any elephants disguised as diners. Any of these entrees can be paired with one of Spring Rolls's signature martinis infused with ingredients such as mango purée, lychee juice, and butter-ripple schnapps.
