Excellent service Be sure to give them notice of when you are flying out as they have to alert a van company to drive you to the airport. Call at least an hour in advance.

We called the hotel to alert them we were parking there for a shuttle to the airport. We indicated we would arrive between 9:20 and 9:30 AM. The front desk person said they would schedule the shuttle for that time.
Upon arrival at 9:16 AM, we were told the shuttle just left and the next one is scheduled for 10:15 AM. We could not wait until 10:15, so we had to Uber to the airport costing $25.
They then tell us the shuttle picks up at 15 past the hour. We were never informed when we called to reserve a shuttle time.

Hotel staff was fantastic when we showed up for the shuttle. Everyone was very nice. A few things to know - I called the day before and was told I did not need reservations, but when I showed up they told me I should have made reservations and apologized I was given incorrect information. It's a shared shuttle (Hotel Express) so they have to call for it to arrive, we had to wait about 20 minutes which was fine because we had plent of time. It was a long wait when we returned for them to arrive and then we had to go to another hotel (further than this one) to drop off other guests then to this hotel. After a flight delay we were just ready to get to our car. Not at all the hotel's fault, just not information that is clear from buying the Groupon.

This was my 2nd time parking there in last 2 months. The Guest Service Mgr, Jamelia, assisted me and was exceptional, friendly and very professional on both my parking experiences.
