Thin-crust flatbreads stand out on the menu: they're cooked in a wood-fired oven, and each one is named in honor of things Benjamin Franklin either said, did, or invented. The Kite, for instance, is piled with oven-roasted chicken breast, garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, and 4 kinds of cheese. Elsewhere on the food menu you'll find calzones, panini, salads, soups, and baked pastas—along with a roster of organic beer and wine.
