Without goals, no one would unicycle the Trans Canada Trail in a downward dog pose or train a flock of carrier pigeons to deliver meat pies to unsuspecting haberdashers. Achieve myriad fitness goals with today’s Groupon: for $39, you get a one-month unlimited pass to Spynga The Yoga and Cycling Studio (a $158.20 value, including HST). This Groupon is valid at Spynga’s north studio in Thornhill and at Spynga’s south studio in Toronto.

The skilled instructors at Spynga The Yoga and Cycling Studio's north and south studios whip patrons of all ages and abilities into lithe, limber shape while draining worry from stress-bloated minds with schedules of cardio and yoga classes. Online schedules for both studios provide class times and online signup. A one-month unlimited pass unlocks four weeks worth of kinetic sessions including signature spyngaFlow classes, which unite the muscle-stretching moves of yoga with the quad-bolstering peddling and stationary wheelie popping of indoor cycling. Awash in the glow of candles and sweat, students in the one-hour spyngaFlow by Candlelight class power static velocipedes during a vigorous 30-minute cycling session before retreating to their mats for a 30-minute yoga flow and cool-down session.

The studio's circuit training classes, including the 50-minute freestyle fit circuit flow class and Zone 8 drill-oriented classes, evict calories from their bodily burrows to help build strength and sculpt lean muscles as strong and well defined as a bull’s smoky eye makeup. Body buffers should bring a water bottle to all classes, along with cycling shoes with SPD clips and yoga mats to prevent downward dog–skinned knees.
