My husband had a back injury the day before we had the kiteboarding crush course, there was no way he could have done it, I wasn't expecting to get my money back, but just a reschedule or a discount for a next purchase.. I mean, anything that would show me that they care for the customer right? well, no they didn't.. at all, worst customer service ever so this place is a no no for me. The Kiteboarding Crash course? mehh I'm a surfer and a sailor myself so I have some experience on watersports.. it was a joke, barely had time to be on the board and use the kite, I ended up getting a private lesson in a decent school for the same price and learned a lot more.

The sit on top kayaks are nice and light, made paddling in the area very easy. Beautiful views just a few blocks away. Be aware you need to bring the kayaks back from the dock yourself (a dolley is provided).

We rented 3 standup paddle boards. And they started sinking after about 30 min. One of them got totally under water. Luckily we were close to the shore so we dragged it out of water and pulled the plug so the water could come out. They were full of water. This could have been pretty dangerous situation if the water filled board sank in the middle of the river or ocean. Someone could have died.

Staff were very rude and unfriendly, very disorganized and and uncomfortable team to interact with if you could call it that. The contraption they have to carry the boats/kayaks/equipment to the water alone is frustrating and unprofessional. A staff member should be accompanying patrons and helping.
