Trainers work indoors or outdoors for 45-minute boot-camp sessions, which begin with warm-ups and stretches. Then, trainers challenge their groups with circuit training and plyometrics, and throw in a little competition with timed obstacle and relay races. A nearby water cooler ensures campers stay hydrated. Although all campers practice the exercises, trainers customize exercises for different ages and fitness levels, enabling participants to go at their own pace. Boot camps are held outdoors during spring, summer, and fall; indoors during winter.
